‼HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL.. !!
SOME GOOD THOUGHTS ON A GOOD DAY...
FIVE THINGS IN THE MORNING THAT MAKES U HAPPIER WHOLE DAY.
1⃣First things first: *SMILE*🤩
Believe it or not, when you smile it transmits a message to your brain. And you know what the message says? It says, "I'm happy!"
The research of the late psychiatrist Dr. Robert Zajonc suggests that the act of smiling can contribute to your feelings of happiness. But don't take my word for it — once you hear your alarm go off — smile. (Try it out with memories of your favorite comedies if you need to – it will eventually become more natural).
2⃣Second: *PRAY or verbalize gratitude*
Once I've smiled, I really do start to feel happy. And once I start to feel happy, I begin my next step to waking up on the RIGHT SIDE of the bed. Always try to put your hand on the floor first time,then only ur foot,this will help to get a positive magnetism from earth and help to get easy circulation to brain.At this point in my morning regimen, I pray or verbalize gratitude.
Note: It's important during the hours of the morning to not just "think happy thoughts" of gratitude in your head .say what you're thankful for. Be sincere. And, be real. Speak of your gratitude that you got to sleep in until this time. Declare the goodness of having a bed. (Some people don't.) And if you're brave, express thanks for the things you're learning from your struggles.
3⃣Third: *Drink lukewarm water*.
It doesn't matter if you add a lemon, honey or not. Drinking warm water first thing in the morning is a surefire way to rehydrate your body after a long night (yeah, we might be sleeping, but our body has been busy fighting off bugs, viruses and other body invaders. Let's give it some love.) Plus, water (and especially easily-absorbed warm water) helps with tummy stuff. And when your digestive tract is working as it should, you're less likely to feel sluggish, and you'll start the day with more energy.
4⃣Fourth: *Get outside*🥰.
As the air quality is extremely poor inside room, the benefits of two minutes of fresh air will change your perspective of morning — bringing fresh oxygen to your bloodstream and making your mind feel more awake and alert. And there's also something centering about being able to see a bird fly by or the wind move through the leaves that elevates the loveliness of morning.
5⃣Fifth: *Move your body*

Even if you don't have tons of time to spend on a full-cardio workout, consider some gentle stretches. Reach your arms up. Do some sun salutations. Rotate your ankles in circles. Whatever movement feels comfortable. Gently let your body know that it's time for it to move.
With all of these things, remember to give yourself ample time. Schedule your wake up time at least 15 minutes earlier (or more to fit in a full-workout.)
As you smile, pray, consume warm water, inhale fresh air and stretch, keep your breath smooth and steady. You are calibrating your body for the whole day.
SOME POINTS FOR A HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE :-
1) Never compare ourselves with others, We don't know what their life is all about..Be happy and content for what we have..
2)Shout our mouth out when we feel so.. Don't suppress you emotions..
3) Smile, smile at everyone.. Smile even if you are sad inside.When you give smile you get a smile which is powerful enough to throw your sadness away..
4)Use your tongue wisely and effectively.. we can't take back the bad word once used and will create a great stigma on that person which is out of proportion of our imagination, so control your tongue is very important.. Being silent is better when others are in anger,.. you can divert your anger by tearing papers into small pieces or go to bathroom to shout or cry alone
.
5)Always start your day in a good way, that will make your day good..well beginning is half done.
6)Adjustment is a word with great meaning.. Try to do some adjustments in our life... It doesn't mean sacrifice everything for the wellness of others.. Sacrifice the things for your happiness and well being, don't be over stubborn on anything..
7) Think twice before you act is an old sentence.. Think 10 times before you act..Think about all the pros and cons and then only do it..
8) Try to motivate yourselves and others with your words, deeds and expressions.. An appreciation for the good works of others means a lot to them and will be a great motivation for them.. So try to appreciate others..
9) Better keep away from controversies either it's in your family or in social medias..These controversies only meant to create a negative energy..
10) Try to find sometime for yourselves and do the thing that excites you, even sitting idle for sometimes give you positive energy..
Give enough time to sleep, ideally 8 hours, don't spare even a second of time from your sleeping hours for any of your busy schedules..
